摘  要:滚动轴承出现局部损伤时,故障时域信号中会出现周期性冲击特征,为了能够准确地提取故障特征信息,提出了CEEMD和Teager能量算子相结合的故障诊断方法。首先应用CEEMD方法对轴承故障信号进行预处理,结果得到一系列本征模态分量,依据相关系数准则,从分解结果中选取相关系数最大的分量作为研究对象;然后采用Teager能量算子对选出分量进行解调处理;最后从得到的能量谱图中即可准确地获取故障特征信息。通过对仿真信号和轴承实验数据进行诊断分析,结果验证了该方法的有效性。The fault signal will appear periodic impact characteristics, When the roll bearing partial damage. In order to extract the fault feature information accurately. A fault diagnosis method combining CEEMD and Teager energy operators is proposed.Firstly of all, the CEEMD method is used to preprocessand several intrinsic modal components are obtained. The bearing fault signal, According to the correlation coefficient criterion, selecting the largest component of correlation coefficient from the decomposition results as the object of study. Then the Teager energy operator is used to demodulate the selected components.Finally, the fault characteristic frequency can be extracted accurately from the energy spectrum. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by simulation and experimental results.
