模糊综合评判在凸轮从动件运动规律选择中的应用研究

摘  要:目前凸轮从动件运动规律的选择大多依靠专家推荐,根据使用要求确定。这种选取方法所选曲线并不一定是最优的,往往会造成机械产品运行不稳定、振动、生产效率低等问题。针对这个问题,拟采用模糊综合评判原理对凸轮从动件运动规律进行评判,根据凸轮从动件的使用场合及要求科学合理的选取最优的凸轮从动件运动规律。为了降低专家定权法在权重分配时的主观性,引入层次分析法得出各影响因素在评判中的权重系数。根据越小越优相对隶属度公式构造出隶属度矩阵,以期尽可能多的反映特征值所包含的信息。实例表明,与传统的依靠设计经验选取从动件运动规律相比,运用模糊综合评判方法更加准确科学。At present,the choice of cam follower movement law mostly depends on expert recommendation,according to the use of requirements to determine.This selection method is not necessarily the optimal curve,often resulting in unstable operation of mechanical products,vibration,low production efficiency.In view of this problem,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle is proposed to judge the motion law of the cam follower. According to the use of the cam follower and the scientific and reasonable selection of the optimal cam follower motion.In order to reduce the subjectivity of expert weighting method in weight distribution,we introduce the analytic hierarchy process to get the weight coefficient of each influencing factor in judgment.The membership degree matrix is constructed according to the formula of the relative membership degree,in order to reflect as much as possible the information contained in the eigenvalues.The examples show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is more accurate and scientific than the traditional method of selecting the moving motion of the follower.
