摘  要:为探索预混合气引燃柴油机的燃烧过程,在CY25型单缸柴油机上进行了聚甲氧基二甲醚引燃甲醇均质混合气的燃烧试验,对比分析了不同甲醇占能比和聚甲氧基二甲醚喷油时刻对发动机燃烧特性的影响。试验结果表明:随着甲醇占能比的增加,缸压峰值降低,最大降幅18.2%。缸内温度降低,有效热效率降低;随着聚甲氧基二甲醚喷油时刻由上止点前20°CA提前至24°CA,缸内最高温度增加,最大增幅21.4%,最高缸内压力和最大压力升高率均增加,最高缸内压力增幅达22.3%,有效热效率降低。To explore the combustion process of the premixed air-ignition engine,the combustion test of Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers burning methanol homogeneous mixture is did in the CY25 type single cylinder diesel engine,comparative analysis of the different effects of energy ratio of methanol and Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers injection timing on combustion characteristics of the engine. The results shows that the peak value of cylinder pressure decreases with the increase of methanol energy ratio,and the maximum decrease is 18.2%. The temperature of the cylinder is reduced,reducing the effective thermal efficiency;with Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers injection time in advance by 20 BTDC to 24 BTDC,the maximum temperature in the cylinder increases,the maximum growth rate of 21.4%,the maximum cylinder pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate are increased,maximum cylinder pressure increased by 22.3%,reducing the effective thermal efficiency.
