摘 要:针对微晶刚玉砂轮修整难以监测和金刚石笔磨损难以量化问题,以金刚石笔修整微晶刚玉砂轮为研究对象,利用功率仪、AE传感器在线监测了修整信号,开展了微晶刚玉砂轮磨削45钢验证试验,并利用超景深显微镜观察了不同修整导程下的金刚笔磨损情况。结果表明:当改变修整导程时,修整力较小和功率仪采集频率较低是造成功率信号变化不明显的主要原因;与修整功率信号相比,AE信号的变化程度明显比功率信号敏感。并且,AE信号的RMS值与磨削表面粗糙度值分布现象非常一致,具有正相关性。修整导程选择(0.14~0.56)mm/r时的金刚石笔表面磨损变化量仅为(0.012~0.022)mm^2,磨损不明显。In view of microcrystalline alumina wheel dressing difficult to monitor and diamond pen wear difficult to quantify the problem,diamond pen dressing microcrystalline alumina grinding wheel is used as object of study,this work developed the validation test of 45 steel for corundum grinding wheel through the use of on-line measuring of signal by power meter and AE sensor,and observed the wear situation under different dressing lead by VHX microscope. The results reveal that when the dressing lead is changed,the smaller the dressing force and the lower frequency of the power meter are the main reasons for the change of the power signal. The change of the AE signal is obviously more sensitive than the power signal compared with the dressing power signal. The distribution of the effective value of the AE signal and the grinding surface roughness value are very consistent,and the two have positive correlation. When dressing lead choose(0.14~0.56)mm/r,the surface of the diamond pen wear variation is only(0.012~0.022)mm2,its wear is not obvious.
