摘 要:针对离合器接合过程中难以合理取舍冲击度和滑磨功,因而影响工作平顺性、工作寿命和抗干扰能力弱等问题,通过分析离合器接合过程的四个阶段,确定了"快-稍慢-慢-快"的接合控制策略,设计了一种基于两级串联模糊自适应PID控制的离合器自动控制系统。通过实车试验,安装自动控制系统的离合器对比原离合器,一档正常加油情况下比非加油情况下起步时间缩短了3s,空挡至五挡换挡工况平顺性和舒适性得到明显改善。试验结果说明,在充分尊重驾驶意图的基础上,所设计的自动控制系统把冲击度控制在合理范围内并尽量减小滑磨功,驾驶感受与自动挡轿车驾驶感觉基本相同。In view of the problems that it is difficult to reasonably choose or reject the impact degree and sliding work in the clutch engagement process,thus affecting the working smoothness,the working life and the weak anti-interference ability,the four stages of the clutch engagement process are analyzed.The "fast-slightly slow-fast" joint control strategy is determined,and an automatic clutch control system based on two-stage series fuzzy adaptive PID control is designed. Compared with the original clutch,the clutch installed with the automatic control system shortens the starting time by 3 s in the case of normal first gear refueling,and improves the comfort and comfort of the clutch from neutral to five gears.The test results show that,on the basis of fully respecting the driving intention,the designed automatic control system controls the impact degree within a reasonable range and minimizes the sliding work as much as possible,and the driving feeling is basically the same as that of the automatic car.
