摘 要:为了实现加工中心斗笠式刀库刀盘在旋转分度过程中更快旋转速度、更低冲击载荷,对斗笠式刀库驱动分度盘所使用的槽轮机构进行了设计,确定了不带锁止弧双圆销槽轮机构替代具锁止弧的单圆销槽轮机构的改进方案,并研究了机构的转动和定位特性。基于NX和ADAMS对两种方案进行了模型创建和运动学对比分析,运动学仿真对比结果数据表明,不带锁止弧双圆销槽轮结构的转动速度更快、冲击载荷更小、运行状态更为平稳,在提高机床换刀速度的同时大大降低了装置的磨损,提高了装置的耐用度。In order to achieve faster rotation speed and lower impact load during the rotating and indexing of the automatic tool changer in the machining center,the Geneva mechanism used in the automatic tool changer’s drive plate was designed. The improved scheme that the double-roller Geneva mechanism without locking arc replaces the single-roller Geneva mechanism with locking arc is determined,and the rotating and positioning characteristics of the mechanism are studied. Based on NX and ADAMS,the two schemes were modeled and compared by kinematics. The results of kinematics contrast simulation show that the double-roller Geneva structure without locking arc has the advantages of faster rotation speed,smaller impact load and more stable running condition,so that the speed of machine tool change while greatly reducing device wear and improve the durability of the device.
