摘 要:针对现有开凿机操作复杂,效率低的弊端,设计一种取代人工操作、提高效率的新型墙面开凿机。由于工作过程中载荷复杂多变,致使开凿机振动明显,这直接影响工作的稳定性以及开凿机的使用寿命,因此有必要对开凿机的振动特性进行研究。利用SolidWorks三维建模并导入动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行分析,对模型进行简化,求出刀具部分的振动激励并在ADAMS中仿真得出了振动的加速度幅值,为振动分析提供相关数据。基于模态分析和谐响应理论,用ADAMS/Vibration做振动分析,求解出了系统的固有模态以及对系统振动幅值影响大的频率,可为样机试制中的电机选型和刀具参数选择等提供依据。通过样机实验验证仿真数据的有效性,对后期装备的设计可以提供参考。Aiming at the problemthat the existing Wall cutting machine is complicated operation and low efficiency,a new device is designed to replace manual operation and improve efficiency. Due to the complex and changeable load in the working process,the device vibration is obvious,which directly affects the work stability and the service life. Therefore,it is necessary to study the vibration characteristics of The Wall cutting machine. 3 D modeling is builtby SolidWorks and imported dynamic simulation software ADAMS,then,is simplified,the vibration excitation of the tool part is obtained and the acceleration amplitude of the vibration is obtained in ADAMS,relevant data for vibration analysis is provided. The whole device vibration analysis are carried out by ADAMS/Vibration based on modal analysis and harmonic response theory,and the system natural mode and the frequencywhich has great influence to the systemvibration amplitude are obtained,it can provide evidence for motor selection and tool parameter selection in physical prototype design. The significance of the simulation data is verified by prototype test,which can provide reference tothe later equipment design.
