专科护士对护士多点执业的认知与准备度现状研究

摘　　要：目的了解专科护士对护士多点执业的认知及准备度现状,以便为推行护士多点执业提供参考。方法采用专科护士多点执业认知问卷、专科护士多点执业准备度问卷对146名专科护士进行调查。结果专科护士对多点执业有较好的认知,专科护士多点执业的准备度得分为(118.76±18.11)分;职称为副主任护师及以上、专科护士资格类型为伤口造口师的专科护士准备度更好(P<0.05)。结论管理部门应健全相关制度,明确护士准入标准,最大限度保障其安全,以鼓励其参与多点执业。Objective To investigate the cognition and preparation of specialist nurses toward nurses'multiple-sites practice,in order to provide reference for the practice of multiple-sites practice. Methods A survey was conducted for 146 specialist nurses by using specialist nurses'cognition questionnaire on multiple-sites practice and readiness questionnaire for specialist nurses. Results Most of the specialist nurses believed that multiple-sites practice has broad prospects for development. The degree of readiness of specialized nurses was (118.76± 18.11),the title is the deputy director nurse and above,and the specialist nurse type is the wound ostomyist (P<0.05).Conclusion Management departments should improve the relevant system of multiple-sites practice and clear access standards of multiple-sites practice,to maximize the protection of the safety of nurses,to encourage their participation in multiple-sites practice.
