摘　　要：目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型在耳鸣患者院外声治疗中的应用及效果。方法选取耳鸣患者84例为观察组,78例为对照组。对照组行常规护理措施,观察组应用信息-动机-行为技巧模型实施干预,分别在入院时、诊疗计划确定时、入院第2天、入院第3天、出院时、出院后1周、出院后2周、出院后3周提供信息支持,采用耳鸣院外治疗依从性量表和耳鸣患者疗效对两组患者进行评分,比较两组耳鸣患者的院外治疗依从性和治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗依从性、治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用信息-动机-行为技巧模型实施健康教育,能提高耳鸣患者院外声治疗的依从性和疗效。Objective To explore the effect of Information-Motivation-Behavioral(IMB) skills model in external acoustic therapy in patients with tinnitus.Methods A total of 84 tinnitus patients were selected as the observation group and 78 tinnitus patients were selected as the control group.The control group received routine nursing measures,the observation group were provided intervention measures with IMB model at the time of admission,diagnosis and treatment,the second day and the third day of admission,discharge,the first week,second week and the third week after discharge,respectively.The compliance and treatment effect were compared between two groups in each time.Results The treatment compliance scores and effectiveness rate of treatment in observation group was better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion IMB model can improve the compliance of external acoustic treatment of tinnitus patients,enhance the treatment effect.
