摘 要:对于聚能射孔,现有研究主要集中于射孔后套管的破损及强度变化,对聚能射孔动态冲击载荷下水泥环损伤研究涉及较少。鉴于此,以聚能射孔冲击对水泥环的损伤为研究对象,开展了带温压的实弹射孔打靶试验,研究分析了射孔弹类型及水泥环自身性能对其损伤程度的影响。结合聚能射孔弹结构特性,采用有限元数值模拟软件建立射流形态仿真模型,可有效模拟射流的形成、发展和冲击动态过程,并计算动态冲击载荷。数值分析与试验结果对比表明,建立的套管-水泥环-地层数值模型和水泥环损伤数值模型可有效模拟射孔动态冲击载荷作用下的水泥环损伤情况。研究结果可为射孔参数优化和水泥浆体系优化设计提供指导,对提高射孔后水泥环的力学完整性,降低射孔冲击对水泥环的损伤,延长油气井寿命具有重要意义。There are few studies on the damage of the cement sheath under dynamic impact load of the shaped perforation. In view of this, taking the damage of cement sheath by the impact of shaped perforation as study object, the perforating test under temperature and pressure was carried out to analyze the influence of the perforating bullet type and the cement sheath properties on the cement sheath damage degree. Based on the structural characteristics of the shaped perforation, the finite element numerical simulation software is used to establish the perforation jet simulation model, which can effectively simulate the dynamic process of formation, development and impact of the perforation jet, and calculate the dynamic impact load. The comparison between the numerical analysis and experimental results showed that the established casing-cement sheath-formation numerical model and cement sheath damage numerical model can effectively simulate the damage of cement sheath under dynamic impact load of perforating. The study could provide guidance for the optimization of perforation parameters and the optimization design of cement slurry system, which is of great significance to improve the mechanical integrity of cement sheath after perforation, to reduce the damage of perforation impact on cement sheath and to prolong the service life of oil and gas well.
