摘　　要：目的探讨医学院校财务人员心理资本与主观幸福感的关系。方法采用心理资本问卷和总体幸福感问卷,测量106名医学院校财务人员。结果医学院校财务人员的心理资本总分为(103.81±21.83)分,主观幸福感总分为(75.74±12.54)分;心理资本与主观幸福感呈正相关;在控制了人口统计学变量后,心理资本可以预测主观幸福感(预测效应为42.40%)。结论医学院校财务人员心理资本对主观幸福感有积极影响。Objective To investigate the relationship between the psychological capital and subjective well-being of the financial staff in medical colleges. Methods The psychological capital questionnaire and subjective well-being questionnaire were used to make a survey among 106 financial workers of medical colleges. Results The total score of the psychological capital of the medical college finance staff was (103.81±21.83) and that of their subjective well-being was (75.74±12.54). There was a positive correlation between psychological capital and subjective well-being. Psychological capital can predict subjective well-being with the predictive effect of 42.40% after the demographic variables were controlled. Conclusion The psychological capital of the financial staff in medical colleges has positive effect on their subjective well-being.
