摘 要:由于涤纶结构紧密、结晶度高,对染色条件要求较高,需要高温才能染色纤维。为了降低涤纶纤维的染色温度,将自制合成聚醚类高分子作为涤纶低温促染剂应用到涤纶热熔染色中,探究其能否降低分散染料热熔染色温度以及涤纶织物在170℃染色能否达到220℃时的染色效果,并对染色涤纶织物进行K/S值、色牢度以及断裂强力测试。结果表明,涤纶织物在170℃焙烘能达到传统热熔染色工艺在220℃时的颜色深度,实现了低温热熔染色。Due to the compact structure and high crystallinity of polyester fiber, it requires high dyeing temperature to achieve the dyed fiber. In order to reduce the hot melt dyeing temperature, the self-made polyether-based polymers were used as low temperature accelerant of polyester to apply in the hot melt dyeing of polyester. Whether it reduced the temperature of hot melt dyeing with disperse dyes and whether the polyester fabrics reached dyeing effect of 220 ℃ at 170 ℃ were explored. The K/S value, color fastness and breaking strength of the dyed fabrics were characterized. The results show that the polyester fabric was baked at 170 ℃, which can reach the color depth of the traditional hot melt dyeing process at 220 ℃.
