摘　　要：某工程竣工运营5年后,地下1层局部柱体出现大范围裂缝、混凝土外表面疏松等问题,在进一步采用回弹、取芯检测后,发现局部有振捣不密实、夹渣及主筋存在压弯的情况。在充分论证后,决定对问题柱采取局部置换并增大截面的方式加固。依据工程实际,提炼出混凝土局部置换并增大截面加固施工的关键技术,经实施,实现了工程加固目标。5 years after completion and operation of a project,extensive cracks appeared in partial column of the first floor underground,and the outer surface of the concrete was loose.After further rebound and core sampling tests,partial slag inclusion due to uncompacted vibration and main ribs bending can be found.Through sufficient argumentation,it was determined to strengthen the defected columns by partial replacement and section enlargement.According to the engineering practice,the key technology of partial concrete replacement and section enlargement for the strengthening construction was extracted,and the engineering reinforcement target was achieved.
