摘　　要：在运用建设工程施工承包合同关键信息收集与风险管理系统进行采集与分析的过程中,对一些合同风险管理的要点和防控措施做了研究,并提出了相应的改进建议,经应用,取得了较好的效果,亦希望能够为建筑企业运用合同关键信息数据分析进行合同风险管理提供参考。In the collecting and analyzing process of the key information collection and risk management system of construction contract,some key points and preventive measures of contract risk management are studied,and the corresponding improvement.After application,it has achieved good results,and also hopes to be able to apply suggestions for construction enterprises to use contract key information data analysis to carry out contract risk management.
