摘  要:为丰富屋顶绿化植物材料,促进韭莲、月月粉、大叶落地生根、苦楝、常春油麻藤在我国南方屋顶绿化中的运用,以韭莲、月月粉、大叶落地生根、苦楝、常春油麻藤为材料,采用电导率法结合logistic方程对5种植物进行了耐热性测定,计算了其半致死温度(LT50),并与佛甲草的半致死温度、长沙近年的高温气候进行了比较,观察了5种植物在长沙夏季的表现情况。测定结果表明:随着温度的升高,植物的细胞伤害率逐渐升高,在特定温度段内出现了快速上升的情况,最后又缓慢上升,呈典型的"S"型。5种植物的半致死温度从高到低为:苦楝(66.74℃)>韭莲(65.08℃)>月月粉(62.79℃)>常春油麻藤(59.31℃)>大叶落地生根(55.06℃)。结论:5种植物都具有较好的耐热性,有望运用于屋顶绿化,美化屋顶环境。In order to enrich the roof greening plant materials and promote the application of Zephyranthes grandiflora,Rosa chinensis‘Old Blush’,Kalanchoe daigremontiana,Melia azedarach,Mucuna sempervirens in roof greening in southern China,the conductivity method and logistic equation were used to measure the heat tolerance of these five species and calculate their semi-lethal temperature(LT50).The semi-lethal temperatures of five species were compared with Sedum lineare and the highest temperature in Changsha in recent years. Furthermore,the summer performance of five species in Changsha were observed.The results are as follows: with the increase of temperature, the cell injury rate of plants increases gradually, and increases rapidly in a specific temperature range, and then slowly, showing a typical "S" curve. Thesemi-lethal temperature of different plants from high to low is as follows: Meliaazedarach(66.74℃)>Zephyranthesgrandiflora(65.08℃)>Rosa chinensis‘OldBlush’(62.79℃)>Kalanchoe daigremontiana(55.06℃)>Mucuna sempervirens(59.31℃).All the five species have good heat resistance and are expected to be used in roof greening and beautifying the roof environment.
