摘　　要：简要阐述了小五台山自然保护区林业重点工程项目的建设情况和建设效益,并结合实际管理经验,对林业工程项目管理中存在的问题进行了分析和探索,并提出了相关的管理对策,以供参考。This paper briefly introduces the construction situation and benefits of key forestry projects in Xiaowutai Mountain Nature Reserve.It also analyzes and explores the existing problems and countermeasures in the management of forestry projects combined with the author’s years of practical management experience.
