摘 要:在使用顶管法进行施工的过程中,由于地下环境的特殊性,管节接头的防水性能非常重要。以上海市某在建顶管法地铁车站工程为背景,对超大断面矩形顶管的管节接头防水性能进行了室内试验研究。在管节接头防水设计中,采用双道楔形止水圈来增强管节接头防水,两道橡胶止水圈之间预埋一道钢管注浆管,进行注浆处理。试验结果表明:当接缝张开量为11.5 mm时,单道止水圈能抵抗住0.3 MPa的水压;双道止水圈的承压极限为0.75 MPa;当双道止水圈注入丙烯酸盐浆液后,承压极限提高到1.6 MPa。Due to the particularity of underground environment, the waterproofing performance of pipe joints is very important in the process of pipe jacking construction. Based on the construction of a subway station project in Shanghai, the laboratory study on the waterproofing performance of pipe joints of super-large section rectangular pipe jacking is carried out. In the waterproofing design of the pipe joint, the double-channel wedge-shaped water stop ring is used to enhance the waterproofing of the pipe joint, and a steel pipe grouting pipe is embedded between two rubber water stop rings for grouting treatment. When the joint opening is 11.5mm, the single water stop can withstand the pressure of 0.3 MPa;the pressure limit of the double water stop is 0.75 MPa;when the double water stop is injected with acrylate slurry, the pressure limit is increased to 1.6 MPa.
