丹参注射液联合尼卡地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参注射液联合尼卡地平治疗妊娠期高血压(GH)的临床效果,旨在为临床更好的治疗GH提供依据。方法选取2016年6月~2017年12月我院收治的120例GH孕妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组采用一般治疗手段,口服尼卡地平缓释胶囊,服药方法2次/d,每次40mg;治疗组在对照组的给药基础上额外给予静脉滴注丹参注射液;两组均治疗14d,比较血压、凝血时间、血脂水平、妊娠结局等评价指标。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)高于对照组,收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)/高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组产后24h出血量少于对照组,1minApgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用丹参注射液联合尼卡地平可降低GH孕妇的高血压情况,调节凝血功能和血脂代谢,保护胎盘功能,改善母婴妊娠结局。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danshen Injection combined with Nicardipine in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (GH),so as to provide basis for better clinical treatment of GH.Methods 120 patients with GH admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research object and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group took Nicardipine Sustained-Release Capsules orally with the usual treatment method of 40 mg,twice a day.The treatment group was additionally given Danshen Injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days,and blood pressure,coagulation time,blood lipid level and pregnancy outcome were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,while systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and low deasity lipoprotein/high density lipoprotein (LDL-C/HDL-C) were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and Apgar score in 1 min was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen Injection combined with Nicardipine can reduce hypertension of pregnant women,regulate coagulation function and lipid metabolism,protect placental function and improve maternal and infant pregnancy outcomes.
