摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理应用于腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患者围术期的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月~2018年12月我院收治的46例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均施行腹腔镜下肾上腺切除术。按随机数字表法将其分为A组(23例)与B组(23例)。A组给予常规护理,B组在常规护理的基础上实施优质护理。比较两组患者的术后住院时间、排气时间、术后并发症总发生率、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、总满意度。结果B组患者的术后住院时间、排气时间均短于A组(P<0.001);两组患者护理后的SDS、SAS评分低于护理前,B组患者护理后的SDS、SAS评分低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。B组患者的总满意度高于A组,术后并发症总发生率低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患者围术期的临床效果较好,能降低围术期的风险、缩短住院时间和减轻患者的抑郁及焦虑,提高患者的满意度,是一种安全有效的护理方式,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing applied to laparoscopic surgery for the perioperative period of patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma.Methods From March 2014 to December 2018,46 patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma treated in our hospitalwere selected as the study subjects.All patients were given laparoscopic adrenalectomy.They were divided into group A (23 cases) and group B (23 cases) according to the random number table method.Group A was given routine nursing,while group B was given high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative hospital stay,exhaust time,the total incidence of postoperative complications,self-rating depression scale (SDS) score and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and the total satisfaction degree in patients between the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative hospital stay and exhaust time in group B were shorter than those in group A (P<0.001).The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SDS and SAS in the group B after nursing were lower than those in group A,with significant differences (P<0.001).The total satisfaction degree in group B was higher than that in group A,and the total incidence of postoperative complications in group B was lower than that in group A,with significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing applied to laparoscopic surgery for the perioperative period of patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma has a better clinical effect.It can reduce the risk of perioperative period,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the depress and anxiety of patients,and improve patients′ satisfaction.It is a safe and effective way of nursing,which should be popularized and applied in clinic.
