摘  要:为研究TH油田的原油集输管网的优化运行方案,利用PIPEPHASE软件建立了集输管网的多相流稳态模型,描述了集输管道工况参数的波动情况,并对管网的运行状况和运行效率进行评价分析。研究表明,由于油田产量下降,导致输量减少,管道无法在最优条件下运行。可以采用串接管线或增加副管的方式减少管路压降,对管网布局中不合理的部分进行改造,尽可能缩短管道长度,避免不必要的热能损失,从而提高管道的效率,优化计转站能耗;通过对掺稀管网的建模分析,针对掺稀管网中存在的输送瓶颈问题,提出了调整管线输量、部分掺稀站串接、以及对掺稀系统管网布局调整的合理对策。为稳态运行的集输管网评价和优化提供理论和实践指导。In order to study the optimal operation plan of crude oil gathering and transportation networks in TH oilfield, a steady-state model of multiphase fluid in gathering and transportation networks was established by using PIPEPHASE software. The model described the fluctuations in the parameters of the gathering and transportation networks, and the evaluation & analysis on the operation and efficiency were made. The results show that outgoing flow rate decreases and the pipeline cannot operate under optimal conditions due to the fast decreasing of oil output.Pipeline pressure drop can be reduced by connecting pipelines or adding secondary pipes. The unreasonable parts of the pipe network layout are reconstructed.We can minimize pipe length and avoid unnecessary heat loss, thereby improving the efficiency of the pipeline and optimizing the energy consumption of the transfer station. Based on the modeling and analysis of the dilute doped pipe network, conveying bottlenecks in the pipe network, reasonable countermeasures are proposed by adjusting pipeline transportation amount.Partially dilute doped stations are connected in series,which moles making reasonable countermeasures about adjustment of the distribution of dilute doped pipe network. It provides theoretical and practical guidance for the evaluation and optimization of the steady running pipeline network.
