摘 要:为降低出水COD,提高采油废水的可生化性,采用O3、O3/H2O2组合工艺对某油田采油废水进行处理,考察氧化反应时间、O3质量浓度、pH、H2O2投加量、n(H2O2)∶n(O3)对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,单独使用O3处理油田采油废水时,在O3为20 mg/L、反应时间为60 min、废水pH为8.50条件下,COD去除率为28.5%,B/C由0.08提至0.248;O3/H2O2组合工艺的处理效果更显著,在O3为30 mg/L、反应时间为60 min、H2O2投加量为0.24 g/L、废水pH为8.50的最佳条件下,COD去除率达到55.4%,B/C提升至0.440。氧化处理不仅降低了废水COD,还可提高废水的可生化性,是一种较为有效的预处理技术。In order to reduce the effluent COD and improve the biodegradability of the oil-extraction wastewater,O3 and O3/H2O2 combination process are used to treat the oil-extraction wastewater of an oilfield. The effects of influential factors such as the oxidation reaction time,the mass concentration of O3,pH,the dosage of H2O2,n(H2O2)∶n(O3) on the wastewater treatment are investigated. The results show that when O3 is used to treat oil-extraction wastewater, the COD removal rate is 28.5% and the B/C is increased from 0.08 to 0.248 under the conditions of O3 of 20 mg/L, reaction time of 60 min and wastewater pH of 8.50. The treatment effect of the O3/H2O2 combination process was more significant. Under the optimal conditions of O3 of 30 mg/L,reaction time of 60 min,H2O2 dosage of 0.24 g/L and wastewater pH of 8.50,the COD removal rate reaches 55.4% and B/C increased to 0.440. Oxidation treatment not only reduces the COD in wastewater,but also improves the biodegradability of wastewater. It is a more effective pretreatment technology.
