摘 要:为了研究间隙铰链对空间对称展开机构动态特性的影响,基于一种改进的非线性碰撞力模型,以空间对称展开机构为研究对象,进行3种不同间隙值(c=0. 01 mm、0. 05 mm及0. 1 mm)工况下展开过程的数值模拟及结果对比分析。研究结果表明,因间隙影响,空间展开机构含间隙铰链处的碰撞力、轴-轴承间圆心运动轨迹较理想铰链呈现振荡现象,且间隙值越大,振荡越明显;同时,间隙铰链导致机构展开运动出现明显非线性现象,随着间隙的增大,机构受驱动载荷变化的影响越发明显,甚至诱使处于稳定状态的空间展开机构再次出现动态振荡和非线性现象。In order to study the influence of clearance joints on dynamic characteristics of space symmetrical deployment mechanism, based on an improved nonlinear impact force model, an space symmetrical deployment mechanism is used as an example, and comparative analysis of the numerical simulation and results of deployment process under three conditions with different clearance joints(c=0.01 mm, 0.05 mm and 0.1 mm)are carried out. The simulation results indicated that with the effects of clearance, the impact force and center orbit of the journal and bearing in clearance joint appear clear vibration, and the larger clearance sizes, the more obvious deviation. Meanwhile, with the influence of clearance joints, the space development mechanism also appearance nonlinear phenomenon during development process, and the larger clearance size, the more obvious effects of driving load on the dynamic response of the mechanism, even lead the mechanism from stable state to non-linearity again.
