摘  要:原油在运输过程中,由于内在因素和外界环境因素的影响,会析出蜡,沉积的石蜡会减少有效流动面积甚至完全堵塞地面流动管线,有可能引起局部憋压。针对某海上油田原油输送管道所存在的结蜡堵塞问题,运用管线模拟软件建立该油田集输管网模型,通过改变管径和外界温度两个因素进行实验,并分析含蜡原油管线结蜡机理,提出了预防结蜡堵塞管道的方法,对确保原油管道安全集输原油具有重要意义。During the transportation of crude oil, due to internal factors and external environmental factors, wax will be precipitated. The deposited paraffin will reduce the effective flow area or even completely block the ground flow pipeline, which may cause local rolling pressure. Aiming at the problem of wax blockage in the crude oil pipeline of a certain offshore oilfield, the pipeline simulation software was used to establish the model of the oilfield pipeline network. The experiment was carried out by changing the diameter of the pipeline and the external temperature, and the waxing mechanism of the waxy crude oil pipeline was analyzed. It is proposed to prevent the wax from clogging the pipeline, which is of great significance for ensuring the safe collection and transportation of crude oil from crude oil pipelines.
