摘　　要：目的基于疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)对某市三级综合医院的绩效评价进行分析,为医院绩效管理提供思路.方法根据某省DRGs绩效管理平台的分组数据,提取2017年某市三级综合医院出院人数、DRGs组数、相对权重(RW)≥2病例数、病历组合指数(CMI)、费用消耗指数、时间消耗指数,与2017年本省三级综合医院的平均值,运用单样本T检验进行对比分析.结果某市三级综合医院DRGs组数、RW≥2病例数、CMI、时间消耗指数、低风险死亡率,与本省均值比较无统计学意义;费用消耗指数与本省均值比较有统计学意义.结论某市三级综合医院与本省三级综合医院相比,在医疗服务广度、技术难度、工作效率、安全性方面无明显差异,但在费用消耗方面高于全省平均水平.因此,某市三级综合医院在费用控制和医院管理方面均有进一步提升的空间.Objective To analyze the performance evaluation of tertiary general hospitals in a city based on DRGs to provide ideas for the performance management in hospitals. Methods According to the grouped data of DRGs performance management platform in a province, the number of discharged patients,DRGs group count,number of patients with relative weight (RW)≥2, case mix index (CMI), cost consumption index and time consumption index of tertiary general hospitals in a city in 2017 were extracted and compared with the average of the tertiary general hospitals in this province in 2017 by using single sample t-test. Results The DRGs group count,number of patients with RW≥2, CMI, time consumption index and low-risk mortality in the tertiary general hospitals of the city were not statistically significant compared with the provincial average, and the cost consumption index was statistically significant compared with the provincial average. Conclusion Compared with tertiary general hospitals of the province, there had no significant difference in the breadth of medical service, technical difficulty, work efficiency and safety, but the cost consumption was higher than the average level of the province. Therefore, further improvement in cost control and hospital management were needed.
