摘　　要：目的探讨BJ-DRGs对某女性生殖系统疾病及功能障碍住院病例的适用性.方法采用标准费用构成比、变异系数、方差减少量(RIV)、ROC曲线4种方法对分组结果进行评价.结果经DRGs分组后的标准费用可以解释全部消耗实际费用的97.36%;RIV值为88.74%;住院费用、住院天数变异系数<0.8的DRGs组分别占总DRGs组数的92.85%、85.71%.结论此次研究的病例分组效果较好,初步验证了BJ-DRGs对某女性生殖系统疾病及功能障碍住院病例的适用性.Objective To analyze the applicability of BJ - DRGs on diseases about dysfunctions of female reproductive system. Methods The standard cost composition ratio, coefficient of variation (CV), Reduction in Variance (RIV) and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve were used to evaluate the results of the group. Results The standard cost set by the DRGs group could account for 97.36% of the total actual cost consumed;the RIV value was 88.74%. The number of DRGs in hospital costs was 92.85%,the DRGs group with a coefficient of variation of hospitalization days VO.8 accounted for 85.71% of the total DRGs group, respectively. Conclusion The case groups in this study were reasonable. The validity of BJ - DRGs for diseases and dysfunction of female reproductive system was preliminarily verified.
