摘　　要：目的分析甘肃省远程医疗发展前景,为甘肃省远程医疗进一步发展提供参考.方法应用SWOT组合策略分析原理,对甘肃省远程医疗的优势、劣势、机会及威胁进行分析,并提出应对策略.结果分级诊疗政策为甘肃省远程医疗带来了挑战和机遇.结合现状深入分析,将对甘肃省远程医疗工作的发展带来更大前景.结论甘肃省远程医疗工作为分级诊疗提供了保障,分级诊疗为远程医疗带来了新的发展前景.Objective To analysis the development of telemedicine in Gansu and provide reference for the telemedicine development in Gansu. Methods The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in implementation of telemedicine were analyzed in Gansu province by use of the SWOT method, and then the strategies and suggestions were put forward to promote the development of telemedicine. Results The police of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment brought challenges and opportunities to telemedicine in Gansu province, and the analysis of the present situation would bring greater prospects to the development of telemedicine. Conclusion Telemedicine provided guarantee and supplement for hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment brought new prospects for telemedicine.
