摘　　要：目的分析某医疗集团的内部优势、劣势和外部机遇、威胁,探讨"互联网+医疗健康"背景下该集团未来发展的方向.方法 SWOT分析与实证研究相结合.结果某医疗集团具备形象、口碑、品牌、平台发展与未来潜力俱佳的优势,但其发展受限,为突破瓶颈,集团应抓住"互联网+医疗健康"的政策机遇,紧跟市场形势,建立新型的互联网医联体模式.结论采用"机会与优势充分结合发挥杠杆效应,克服劣势以化解威胁"的发展策略,对集团未来发展可能具有一定积极作用.Objective To explore the prospective development of a medical group in the context of "internet plus medical care" after analyzing its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. Methods The combination of SWOT analysis and empirical research. Results The medical group had the advantages of excellent image, reputation, brand, platform development and future potential, but its development was limited. To break through the dilemma, the group should seize the opportunity of "Internet plus medical health" policy, keep in step with the market situation and establish a new mode of Internet medical alliance. Conclusion The application of "combination of opportunity and advantage so fully display the leverage effect to overcome the disadvantage to dissolve the threat" strategy may have certain positive effect to the group future development.
