摘 要:为避免或减少出铁沟浇注料中沥青对环境的污染,以15~1 mm棕刚玉、≤1 mm板状刚玉、≤0.076 mm白刚玉、≤3 mm碳化硅、≤0.076 mm单质硅、≤0.076 mm自制增强剂和≤1 mm改性焦和球沥青为碳源制备了Al 2O 3-SiC-C质浇注料。研究了含改性焦2%、3%、4%(w),球沥青3%(w)以及改性焦和球沥青各1.5%(w)的配方试样分别经110、800、1 100、1 450℃热处理后的常温物理性能及高温性能。结果表明:相对于球沥青配方,含改性焦的铁沟料施工性能较好,高温抗折强度也较高,但抗渣渗透性略差。而采用球沥青和改性焦作为复合碳源时,不仅通过减少沥青用量降低了污染,其综合性能也优于含单一碳源的试样,因此改性焦是一种比较好的铁沟料用炭素材料。In order to avoid or reduce the environmental pollution caused by asphalt in castables for iron runner,Al 2O 3 - SiC - C castables were prepared using brown corundum (15-1 mm),tabular corundum (≤ 1 mm ),white corundum (≤0.076 mm),silicon carbide (≤3 mm),silicon (≤0.076 mm),self-made reinforcing agent (≤0.076 mm),and modified coke (≤1 mm) and ball pitch as carbon sources.After heat treated at 110,800,1 100 and 1 450 ℃,the physical properties at room temperature and high temperature performance of the specimens containing modified coke (2%,3%,4%),ball pitch (3%),or 1.5% modified coke+1.5% ball pitch were tested.The results show that: compared with the specimens with ball pitch,the castables containing modified coke have better construction performance and higher HMOR,but slightly worse slag permeability.When using ball pitch and modified coke as the composite carbon source,not only the pollution is reduced by reducing the amount of asphalt,but also the comprehensive performance is better than the castables containing single carbon source,that is,modified coke is a better carbon material for iron runner.
