摘 要:研究了在氮气保护下用氢氟酸-硫酸在不透光的容器中加热分解试样,采用邻二氮杂菲分光光度法测定耐火材料中的二价铁和三价铁。结果表明:样品分解的最佳条件是遮光、煮沸,待测溶液的有效期为24 h,显色剂邻二氮杂菲(5 g·L^-1 )的合适用量为5 mL,显色反应的pH以3.5为宜。测定标准物质结果的相对标准偏差为0.40%~3.8%。试验内容和结论成为GB/T 34176-2017《邻二氮杂菲分光光度法测定耐火材料中的二价和三价铁离子化学分析方法》的制定依据。Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ contents in refractory were determined adopting the phenanthroline spectrophotometry method by heating and decomposing samples with hydrofluoric acid-sulfuric acid in an impermeable container under the protection of nitrogen.The results show that the optimum conditions of sample decomposition are shading and boiling,24 h of on shelf period of the solution to be measured,5 mL of phenanthroline (5 g·L^-1 ),and 3.5 pH value of the color reaction.The relative standard deviation of the determination result of reference substances is 0.40%-3.8%.The experimental contents and conclusions serve as the basis for the preparation of GB/T 34176-2017 Chemical analysis methods for determination of Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ in refractory products by the spectral photometric method with 1,10-phenanthroline.
