摘　　要：目的通过测定老年高血压患者臂踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)探讨血清骨保护素(OPG)水平与动脉硬化的关系。方法选取老年高血压患者80例和健康对照组40例,并取空腹血为标本。ba PWV的测定采用动脉硬化检测仪(VP-1000(BP203RPEⅡ型)。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清OPG水平。结果老年高血压组ba PWV、血清OPG和C反应蛋白(CRP)明显高于正常对照组(P<0. 01);ba PWV与血清OPG水平呈显著正相关性(r=0. 531,P<0. 05;以ba PWV为应变量,年龄、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血钙、钙磷乘积和CRP为自变量,做多元线性回归分析显示:PP、年龄和SBP是影响ba PWV的主要因素。结论老年高血压患者血清OPG水平与动脉僵硬度呈正相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum osteoprotegerin factor( OPG) level and arteriosclerosis in elderly patients with hypertension by measuring brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity( ba PWV).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with hypertension and 40 healthy patients were selected,and fasting blood was taken as samples.BaPWV was measured by the arterial stiffness detector( VP-1000( BP203 RPE Ⅱ type).Serum OPG levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Ba PWV,serum OPG and c-reactive protein( CRP) were significantly higher in elderly hypertension group than in normal control group( P< 0. 01). Ba PWV is significantly positively correlated with serum OPG level( r = 0. 531,P < 0. 05). Taking ba PWV as the corresponding variable,and age,systolic blood pressure( SBP),diastolic blood pressure( DBP),PP,LDL-C,blood calcium,calcium-phosphorus product and CRP as independent variables,the multiple linear regression analysis showed that PP,age and SBP were the main factors affecting ba PWV. Conclusion Serum OPG level is positively correlated with arterial stiffness in elderly patients with hypertension.
