不同给药时间对非杓形高血压病患者血压变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨长效降压药物在不同给药时间对非杓形高血压患者血压变异性的影响。方法选取动态血压明确患者血压节律为非杓形(收缩压、舒张压)的高血压患者共109例,随机分为试验组(n=56,18:00服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2. 5mg)及对照组(n=53例,06:00~08:00服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2. 5mg)。4周后动态血压比较两种不同给药方式对血压值及血压变异性的影响。结果两种给药方式均能有效降低收缩压、舒张压;试验组能有效改善收缩压血压节律,使非杓形血压节律恢复杓形,对比对照组对血压节律的影响,二者有统计学差异(P<0. 05),但对舒张压血压节律影响,组间比较无差异。结论采用18:00给予长效制剂苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片能有效改善非杓形血压节律患者的收缩压血压变异性。Objective To explore the effects of long-acting antihypertensive drugs on blood pressure variability in patients with non-seine hypertension at different time of administration. Methods A total of 109 patients with hypertension with a clear rhythm of dynamic non-seine( systolic pressure,diastolic pressure) blood pressure,were randomly divided into the experimental group( n-56),taking Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 2. 5 mg at 18: 00,and the control group( n-53),taking Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 2. 5 mg during 06: 00 to 08: 00.After 4 weeks,compared the effects of two different dosing methods on blood pressure value and blood pressure variability by dynamic blood pressure.Results Both methods of administration can effectively reduce systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. The experimental group can effectively improve the rhythm of systolic blood pressure and the non-seine blood pressure rhythm can be restored,compared with the effect of the control group on the rhythm of blood pressure,statistically significant differences( P< 0. 05). As for the effect of diastolic pressure rhythm,there was no difference between groups.Conclusion The use of long-acting agent Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets at 18: 00 can effectively improve the systolic blood pressure variability of non-seine blood pressure rhythm patients.
