摘 要:黄河中游地区淤地坝群的建设对流域产汇流过程造成强烈干扰,其拦蓄作用形成产流阈值效应,给该地区洪水过程预报预警带来较大困难。通过分析淤地坝拦蓄作用下的库容变化规律,推导了淤地坝影响的产流阈值计算公式,根据淤地坝历史淤积数据,拟合了一种淤地坝运行寿命估算公式。并以黄河河龙区间清涧河流域为例,识别出不同年份仍有拦蓄库容的有效骨干淤地坝数量及空间分布,计算了不同分区、不同年份骨干淤地坝拦蓄作用下的产流阈值,可为该地区暴雨洪水预报模型研究提供有益参考。The construction of warping dam in the middle reaches of the Yellow River has caused intensive disturbances to watershed rainfall-runoff and routing processes, and its interception effect produces an effect of runoff threshold, which brings great difficulties to the flood forecasting and warning in this region. Based on the analysis of the change of the storage capacity for warping dam, the calculation formula of the runoff threshold affected by warping dams was derived. Using the historical sedimentation data of the warping dams, a formula for estimating the operational life of warping dam was obtained. Taking the Qingjian River Basin in the Hekouzhen-Longmen area of the Yellow River as an example, the number and the spatial distribution of effective key warping dams with different storage capacity in different years were identified, and the runoff thresholds under the interception of these key warping dams in different sub-basins and different years were calculated. This study provides a useful reference for the research of storm flood forecasting models in this region.
