摘 要:针对目前水电项目建设过程中出现的专业协同性差、管理效率低、协调困难等问题,提出了基于BIM+GIS的水电工程施工期协同管理框架,利用BIM+GIS融合技术、WebGL 3D图形技术等手段,以BIMServer和Cesium 3D GIS平台为依托开发了基于BIM+GIS的水电工程施工期协同管理系统。该系统为水电工程各参建方提供了一个宏微观信息并举的三维可视化交互环境,将BIM精细化模型与GIS大场景深度结合,实现了对水电项目管理进度、费用、质量、安全等指标的协同控制,有利于对水电工程建设阶段的科学化、精细化、智能化管理,体现了BIM+GIS技术在水电工程施工期项目管理过程中的应用价值。目前,该系统投入使用至某水电工程中,应用效果良好。Aiming at the problems of poor professional coordination, low management efficiency and difficult coordination in the current hydropower project construction, a collaborative management framework for hydropower projects was proposed using BIM+GIS fusion and WebGL 3D graphics technology. Based on BIM Server and Cesium 3D GIS platform, a collaborative management system for hydropower project construction period was developed with BIM+GIS. The system provides a three-dimensional visual interactive environment for the hydropower project participants to combine the macroscopic and microscopic information. The coordinated control of hydropower project management progress, cost, quality, safety and other indicators were realized by combining the BIM refined model with the GIS large scale scene, which is conducive to the scientific, refined and intelligent management of the hydropower project construction stage, and reflects the application value of BIM+GIS technology in the project management process of hydropower project construction period. At present, the system is put into use in a hydropower project and has a good application effect.
