摘  要:本文基于1999-2016年31个省份的面板数据,运用联立方程模型对科技创新与区域经济增长的互动关系进行了计量检验,进而分析了不同地区产生不同互动效应的原因。结果表明:科技创新与区域经济增长之间相互促进的良好互动只在东部地区出现,而中西部及东北地区这种良性互动都没显现。因此,总体来看,科技创新对我国总体经济增长的促进作用并不理想。为实现科技创新与各地区经济增长的良好互动,欠发达地区在选择地区主导产业和创新领域时不应急于追赶发达地区,而应基于自身优势合理选择发展路径,并积极补足短板。Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 1999 to 2016 , this paper USES the simultaneous equation model to test the interactive relationship between technological innovation and regional economic growth, and then analyzes the reasons for different interaction effects in different regions. The results show that there is a positive interaction between technological innovation and regional economic growth in the eastern region, while the positive interaction between the central and western regions and the northeastern region is not obvious. Therefore, in general, scientific and technological innovation is not ideal to promote Chinas overall economic growth. In order to achieve a good interaction between scientific and technological innovation and regional economic growth , less developed regions should not rush to catch up with developed regions in choosing leading industries and innovation fields, but should rationally choose development paths based on their own advantages and make up for their shortcomings.
