摘  要:为了解决蒸发冷却系统求解过程繁杂的问题,本文通过引入热阻、热动势,从热量输运的驱动力和阻抗的角度对蒸发冷却系统建立系统的能量流模型来描述系统中热量的整体输运规律,进而建立了系统性能与运行参数、结构参数的直接物理联系。利用新建立的能量流模型研究了空气预冷器里水-空气热容量流比值β、空气预冷器进口空气状态、用户换热器用户侧进水参数对系统的制冷能力及系统COP的影响。计算结果表明:在空气预冷器里水-空气热容量流比值为1附近时,系统制冷能力与系统COP取得极值,但二者不可能同时达到最优;较低含湿量、较高干球温度、用户换热器用户侧较高的进水温度、较高的进水流量均有利于增加系统的制冷能力和系统的COP。本文新建立的能量流模型,对蒸发冷却系统的性能分析及优化设计具有良好的准确性与便捷性。In order to solve the problem that it’s too complicated during the evaporative cooling system solving process, a new analysis method is proposed. In this paper, through the introduction of thermal resistance and thermal potential, the system’s energy flow model is established from the perspective of the driving force and impedance to describe the law of heat transfer in the system. A direct physical relationship between system performance and operating parameters, structural parameters was established. Then, the newly established energy flow model was used to research the effects of the water-air heat capacity flow ratio β in the air pre-cooler, the air condition of the air pre-cooler inlet, and the user’s side water inlet parameters of user heat exchanger on the system’s cooling capacity and system COP. It was found that when the water-air heat capacity flow ratio in the air pre-cooler was around 1, the system cooling capacity and the system COP achieved extreme values, but could not be achieved at the same time;lower moisture content, higher dry bulb temperature, higher inlet water temperature and higher flow rate of the user’s side water in the user heat exchanger will all contribute to increasing the system’s cooling capacity and system COP. It proved that for the performance analysis and optimization design of the evaporative cooling system, the newly established energy flow model has good accuracy and convenience.
