摘 要:油气田集输系统中,管汇主要用于收集各井口采出物,并将其输送至油气处理设施。油气集输管汇各出口管路流量分配不均的现象严重影响了下游油气处理设施运行的经济性与安全性。针对分流型管汇,分别选取空气和空气-水为流动介质,给定不同的气相折算速度vsg和液相折算速度vsl,基于FLUENT仿真软件研究管汇流量分配规律和偏流成因。FLUENT模拟结果表明,无论是单相流还是气液两相流,分流型管汇都会出现偏流。大多数工况下,来流由气相转变为气-液两相后,管汇气相偏流程度均会加重。当vsg较小时,气相中引入液相,在液相携带下,更多的气相将进入分流管,使得管汇气相偏流程度降低。经分析可知,造成管汇偏流的主要原因有惯性力的作用、涡流的影响和压力分布不一致。随着vsg或者vsl增加,流体受到的惯性力增加,管汇气相、液相偏流程度均会加重。通过对分流型管汇流量分配情况的数值模拟分析,可为设计高效、经济的油气集输管汇几何结构提供依据。In gathering and transportation systems of oil and gas fields, manifolds are mainly used to receive produced matter from wellheads and deliver them to oil and gas processing facilities. In the reality, flow maldistribution in every outlet pipelines belonging to oil and gas gathering and transportation manifolds seriously affects the economic and safe operation of downstream oil and gas processing facilities. For split-structure manifolds,air and air-water are selected as the flow mediums respectively,and different values of equivalent liquid velocity Vsg and equivalent liquid velocity Vsl are given. The manifold flow distribution law and the cause of flow maldistribution are discussed based on simulation software FLUENT. Simulation results of FLUENT show that flow maldistribution of the split- structure manifold occurs whether the flow medium is single- phase or gas- liquid two- phase. For most working conditions,when the inflow changes from gas to gas-liquid,the gas phase flow maldistribution degree of manifold increases. However,when Vsg is low,the flow maldistribution degree of gas decreases because the liquid carries the gas into the split pipeline. The analysis shows that the flow maldistribution of manifolds is mainly caused by the inertial force, the eddy and the inconsistent of pressure distribution. As Vsg or Vsl increases,the flow maldistribution degree of gas and liquid will increase because the inertial force increases. The numerical simulation of the flow maldistributionin split-structure manifold can provide a basis for designing efficient and economical oil and gas gathering manifolds.
