防止油田采出水过滤罐滤料流失的措施分析

摘　　要：过滤罐是油田水处理的关键设施,防止滤料流失是水处理的重要工作之一。通过对大庆油田现有过滤罐结构以及应用效果的分析,对于过滤罐滤料板结,集配水筛管结构带来的过滤罐憋压,过滤罐顶部存在死水区,反冲洗不能实现最顶端排油、排气,搅拌器易损坏、运行时率低等问题,提出了一系列经济、有效的应对措施,包括改进过滤罐结构;根据水质水相黏度调整过滤罐反冲洗强度;取消过滤罐的集配水筛管结构;控制来水水质防止滤料非正常污染等措施。同时对过滤罐滤料流失现象提出了新的设计理念,过滤罐滤料流失不应采用以“堵”为主的筛管截留方式,应随采出水黏度变化而调整反冲洗强度,建立以“防”为主的运行机制,通过及时调整反冲洗强度来防止滤料流失的发生。The filtering tank is an important facility of oilfield water treatment, and preventing filter material loss is one of the important works for water treatment. Based on the analysis of existing filtering tank structure and application effect in Daqing Oilfield,for some problem such as filter material hardening in filter tanks,pressure building of filter tank caused by the structure of the sieve tube for water collection and distribution, stagnant water of the top of filter tank, oil and gas cannot be exhausted at the top of filter tank by backwashing,the stirrer is easily damaged and low runtime rate and so on,a set of economic and effective countermeasures are put forward, like improving the structure of filter tank, adjusting backwashing strength of filter tank according to water quality, phase and viscosity, canceling the sieve tube for water collection and distribution of filter tank and preventing abnormal pollution of filter material by controlling inlet water quality. At the same time, a new design concept is put forward, namely a slight loss of filter material in filter tanks is an inevitable phenomenon in filtering tank. For filter material loss of filtering tank, the sieve tube intercepting method focusing on plugging should not be used, and the operation mechanism adjusting backwashing strength as the viscosity change of produced water and focusing on prevention should be established. Then the filter material loss can be prevented by adjusting backwashing strength.
