摘 要:在聚丙烯酰胺生产过程中,聚合物胶体需经过造粒、干燥、研磨和筛分阶段才能形成聚合物干粉,如果能将聚合物胶体直接应用于矿场聚合物配注,则可省去干燥等环节,显著降低聚合物生产成本与能耗。为了验证聚合物胶体现场配注的地面工艺可行性,在室内评价的基础上,开展了聚合物胶体矿场配注试验。与聚合物干粉配注工艺相比,聚丙烯酰胺胶体配注工艺采用粒-分散-熟化-外输流程工艺,经过优化造粒设备实现了连续运转,试验实现了连续配注,氨气泄漏得到控制,达到工业排放标准,配制母液精度控制在误差范围之内,配制质量得到改进。建议配制过程中尽量减少传输中胶粒的粘连,以防影响溶解质量。In the production process of polyacrylamide, polymer colloid needs to go through stages of granulation,drying,grinding and screening in order to form polymer dry powder. If the polymer colloid can be directly applied to field polymer injection, the drying and other links can be eliminated, and the energy consumption and production cost of polymer can be significantly reduced. In order to verify the feasibility of field injection and allocation of polymer colloid, the field injection and allocation test of polymer colloid is carried out on the basis of laboratory evaluation. Compared with the polymer dry powder injection and allocation process, the polyacrylamide colloid injection and allocation process adopts the process of particle- dispersion- ripening- external transportation. The continuous operation is realized by optimizing the granulation equipment, the continuous injection and allocation process is realized by the test. Moreover, the ammonia leakage is controlled, the industrial discharge standard is met,the accuracy error of mother liquor preparation is controlled within the range,and the quality of injection and allocation is improved. In the process of allocation,it is suggested that the adhesion of colloidal particles in transmission should be reduced as much as possible, in case of affecting the quality of dissolution.
