基于文化资本理念的历史文化保护区规划策略——以重庆市寸滩为例

摘　　要：我国城市建设正处在存量更新的城市发展转型阶段,在增强文化自信,推动城市文化建设和提高城市文化内涵的新时代发展诉求下,关于历史文化保护区规划的理论研究和实践探索也在快速推进。文章提出将"文化资本"这一理念引入历史文化保护区规划中,将规划区内的物质文化要素和非物质文化要素分为5类文化资本,并结合重庆市寸滩传统风貌区规划实践,针对各类文化资本的特性提出具体的规划保护策略。China’s urban construction is in the period of urban transformation, the historical and cultural protection zone has met the opportunity of development under the demands of enhancing Cultural Confidence and improving construction of the city culture and urban cultural connotations.This paper suggestes that the concept of cultural capital is introduced into the planning of historical and cultural protection zone.The material and intangible cultural elements in the planning area are divided into five types of cultural capital. Then,combining with the practice of Chongqing Cuntan historical and cultural protection zone, specific planning strategies are put forward according to the characteristics of various cultural capital.
