摘　　要：伴随城市规划不断自我修复和调整,原本低密度低容积率的文化类公共用地,出现高密度高容积率的开发强度,这一规划现象给建筑设计领域提供了全新的挑战。文章选取深圳市福田中心区作为研究范围,以高层文化中心设计竞赛为例,探索高容积率地块文化综合体的设计策略。With the continuous self-repair and adjustment of urban planning, the low-density and low-volumerate cultural public land has a high density and high volume ratio development intensity. This planning phenomenon has provided a new challenge to the architectural design field. The article selects Futian Central District of Shenzhen as the research scope, and takes the design competition of high-rise cultural center as an example to explore the design strategy of high-volume-rate block culture complex.
