微信联合常规治疗对糖尿病患者幽门螺杆菌根除效果及血糖控制的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨微信联合常规治疗对糖尿病患者Hp根除效果及血糖控制的影响。方法选择2016年1月~2018年3月至我院就医的Hp阳性糖尿病患者300例,随机分为两组:A组微信每日服药提醒,四联标准治疗,糖尿病互动管理;B组常规四联标准治疗,常规糖尿病治疗。停药1个月后14C尿素酶呼气试验检测Hp有无根除,并在随后第6个月检测糖化血红蛋白变化。结果使用标准四联治疗糖尿病Hp阳性患者的总根除率达到85%左右,通过分组发现A组根除率可以达到90%,而B组根除率仅为80%,两组比较有统计学差异。通过对成功根除Hp糖尿病患者的血糖监测发现,A组6个月后血糖达标率从刚开始的44.44%提高到66.67%,差异有统计学意义,而B组仅从48.33%增加到54.17%,差异无统计学意义。组间比较刚入组时和6个月后血糖合标率,刚入组时两组之间合标率差异无统计学意义,6个月后两组成功根除Hp的患者血糖合标率,A组明显高于B组,两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论微信联合常规治疗可以在一定程度上提高糖尿病人群幽门螺杆菌根除率,根除幽门螺杆菌后有利于糖尿病患者血糖控制。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat combined with conventional therapy on eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and glycemic control in diabetic patients. Methods 300 diabetic patients with positive Hp treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Group A were reminded to take drugs everyday by WeChat, with quadruple standard treatment and diabetes interactive management.Group B was given routine quadruple standard treatment and routine diabetes treatment. One month after stopping the drug, the 14C urease breath test was used to detect the eradication of Hp, and the glycosylated hemoglobin was detected at the 6 th month. Results The total eradication rate is about 85%, which was 90% in group A and 80% in group B,showing significant difference between two groups. In patients with Hp eradicated, the glucose-target-rate in group A significantly increased from 44.44% to 66.67% by 6 months, which in group B was not significant(from 48.33% to 54.17%). There was no significant difference in glucose-target-rate between two groups at the beginning of study, but the difference was significant among patients with Hp eradicated between two groups, which was significantly higher in group A. Conclusion WeChat combined with conventional therapy can improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in diabetic patients, which is beneficial to glycemic control.
