摘 要:目的:测定新疆某品牌骆驼乳粉的血糖指数(GI)并观察其对机体血糖水平的影响.方法:使用国际通用测定食物GI的方法.选取10名健康志愿者,取5mL空腹血,并于服用葡萄糖粉后15、30、45、60、90、120min分别抽取5mL静脉血,测定血液中血糖水平.间隔2d后,按同样试验方法,进行含等量碳水化合物的骆驼乳粉血糖试验.根据ISO-26642-2010标准方法计算骆驼乳粉GI.结果:骆驼乳粉GI为51.65±18.92.相比较葡萄糖的血糖应答曲线,饮用骆驼乳粉的血糖应答曲线较为低平.结论:骆驼乳粉GI较低,对机体血糖水平变化影响较小.Objective To determine glycemic index (GI) of a camel milk powder of Xinjiang and observe its effect on blood glucose level. Methods Using international methods for determining food GI. 10 healthy volunteers were selected, 5 mL of fasting blood was taken, and 5 mL of venous blood was taken at 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 min after taking glucose powder and blood glucose levels were measured. After 2 days interval, the same test method was used to carry out the blood sugar test of camel milk powder containing the same amount of carbohydrates. The camel milk powder GI was calculated according to the ISO-26642-2010 standard method. Results Camel milk powder GI is 51.65±18.92. Compared with the glucose response curve of glucose, the blood glucose response curve of drinking camel milk powder is relatively lower. Conclusion Camel milk powder has a lower GI and has less effect on changes in blood glucose levels in the body.
