巨大前列腺增生的外科治疗

摘　　要：对于体积>100g的良性前列腺增生(BPH),指南上推荐的术式为开放性前列腺摘除术(OP).随着内窥镜技术、激光技术以及电切技术的改进和创新,临床上OP的应用逐渐减少,而基于内窥镜技术下的微创外科疗法的使用率在不断上升.本文就前列腺大小>100gBPH的外科治疗方法进行综述.For benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with a volume of more than 100g,the recommended procedure in guidelines is open prostatectomy (OP).With the improvement and innovation of endoscope technology;laser technology and electroresection technology;the application of OP in clinic is falling, and the utilization rate of minimally invasive surgical therapy based on endoscope technology is increasing.The surgical treatment of prostate size > 100g BPH is reviewed in this paper.
