摘 要:桩身内力测试常用的方法有电阻应变式传感器、振弦式传感器、光纤光栅传感器等,通过工程实例分别介绍以上三种方法的适用性及数据分析过程。建议宜根据测试目的、试验桩型及施工工艺选用桩身内力测试方法。从测试精度看,光纤光栅传感器测试精度更好,测试数值更稳定,并且可以长期监测;从现场传感器埋设难度、施工保护难度与存活率来看,光纤光栅传感器更加合理、方便,但造价偏高。The commonly-used testing methods for internal force of pile body include resistance strain sensor, vibrating string sensor and fiber optic strain sensor. The applicability and data analysis process of the above three methods were introduced through engineering examples, and it was suggested to choose testing methods for internal force of pile body according to the test purpose, the test pile type and the construction technology. From the test accuracy, the fiber optic strain sensor has better test precision, more stable test value, and can be used for monitoring for a long time. From the difficulty of embedding, the difficulty of construction protection,and the survival rate of the sensor, the fiber optic strain sensor is more reasonable and convenient, but the cost is higher.
