美罗培南与亚胺培南-西司他丁钠治疗老年重度医院获得性肺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索美罗培南与亚胺培南-西司他丁钠治疗老年重度医院获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月21日-2018年3月21日医院获得性肺炎100例患者(实施奇偶数法分组模式),对照组的50例患者进行亚胺培南-西司他丁钠治疗,观察组的50例患者进行美罗培南治疗。结果观察组肺部啰音消失时间(5. 51±1. 31) d、咳嗽消失时间(3. 46±1. 29) d、发热消失时间(3. 52±1. 32) d、体温(37. 62±1. 74)℃。结论对医院获得性肺炎患者实施美罗培南治疗效果更为明显。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of meropenem and imipenem-cilastatin sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with severe hospital acquired pneumonia. Methods 100 patients with hospital acquired pneumonia in our hospital from March 21,2017 to March 21,2018 were selected,50 patients in the control group were treated with imipenem-cilastatin sodium,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with meropenem.Results The disappearance time of lung rale( 5. 51 ± 1. 31) d,cough( 3. 46 ± 1. 29) d,fever( 3. 52 ± 1. 32) d,body temperature( 37. 62 ± 1. 74)℃. Conclusions Meropenem is more effective in the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia.
