摘  要:目的探讨以3D打印聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)作为修补材料进行颅骨修补术的操作方法、安全性及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析以3D打印聚醚醚酮作为修补材料行颅骨修补术的27例患者,对比分析患者手术前后的影像学资料及术中、术后情况。结果术前术后三维CT重建结果对比,27例患者颅骨缺损均修补满意,所有患者行修补术后颅骨外观均得到恢复,对美观度满意。结论采用3D打印聚醚醚酮材料进行颅骨修补方法可行,材料安全可靠,疗效确切。Objective To explore the operation,safety and therapeutic effect of skull repair with 3D-printed polyether ketone( polyetheretherketone,PEEK) as a repair material. Methods The retrospective analysis of 27 patients with 3D printed polyether ketone as a repair material for skull repair,compared the imaging data before and after surgery and the in-and postoperative conditions. Results Compared with the results of three-dimensional CT reconstruction after surgery,27 patients were satisfied with the repair of skull defects,and all patients were satisfied with the appearance of the skull after the repair,and satisfied with the aesthetics. Conclusions It is feasible to use 3D-printed polyether ketone material for skull repair,the material is safe and reliable,and the efficacy is accurate.
