微创钻孔引流与开颅血肿清除术治疗中老年高血压脑出血患者的临床疗效比较分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创钻孔引流术与开颅血肿清除术治疗中老年高血压脑出血的临床价值。方法随机将2017年6月~2018年6月收治的128例高血压脑出血中老年患者分为两组,每组64例。对照组行开颅血肿清除术,观察组行微创钻孔引流术。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组血肿量、ADL评分以及并发症发生率等均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论微创钻孔引流术可有效治疗高血压脑出血。Objective To investigate the clinical value of minimally invasive drilling drainage and craniotomy hematoma evacuation in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods 128 elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June2018 were randomly divided into two groups,64 in each group. The control group underwent craniotomy hematoma evacuation,and the observation group underwent minimally invasive drilling drainage. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The hematoma volume,ADL score and complication rate of observation group were significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Minimally invasive drilling drainage can effectively treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
