摘  要:为研究转体桥在不平衡荷载下上转盘部位受力性能,依托2.5万t转体桥为工程背景,建立转盘部位实体有限元模型。考虑球铰球面部位接触力学特性分析,同时,考虑钢管混凝土撑脚与下转盘顶面可能发生的接触特性,基于非线性有限元力学计算方法,开展转盘在轴心受压与偏心受压状态下的转盘部位混凝土第三主应力、球面接触部位力学特性。同时,基于解析解方法,推导球铰摩阻力矩。分析钢管混凝土撑脚受压承载能力。综合研究内容,评估转盘部位在偏心受压荷载作用下的安全性能。In order to study the mechanical properties of the upper turntable of the rotating bridge under unbalanced weight, a solid finite element model of the turntable was established based on the 25 thousand tons rotating bridge. The contact mechanical properties of the spherical joints were considered , and the possible contact characteristics between the steel tube stud and the top of the lower turntable were also considered. Based on the method of nonlinear finite element mechanics, the third principal stress of concrete and the mechanical characteristics of spherical contact of the turntable under axial compression and eccentric compression were studied. At the same time, the friction moment of spherical hinge was derived based on the analytical solution. The compressive bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube braces was analyzed. Based on the above research contents, the safety performance of the turntable under eccentric compression load was evaluated.
