摘 要:本文以青岛地铁2号线海啤区间隧道侧穿第一零二加油站为例,通过设计合理的爆破方案参数,采用大直径双中空孔减震方法减小爆破时的振动速度,将振动速度控制在0.5cm/s以内,使得隧道顺利侧穿汽车加油站。在施工中通过对爆破振动进行监测,总结出在浅埋暗挖隧道侧穿加油站时开挖爆破的基本原则与掘进参数,提出了汽车加油站爆破振动耐受指标的概念,并初步研究了具体数值。在保证了青岛2号线海啤区间隧道施工安全顺利地通过第一零二加油站的同时,也完善了国内对于爆破振动对加油站影响的研究。In this paper, the Hai-pi section tunnel which passes alongside the No. 102 gas station of Qingdao Metro Line 2 is taken as an example. By designing reasonable blasting scheme parameters and adopting a large-diameter double hollow hole vibration reduction method to reduce the vibration speed during blasting, the vibration speed is controlled within 0. 5 cm /s, so that the tunnel can smoothly passing alongside the gas station. Based on the monitoring of blasting vibration during construction, the basic principles and tunnelling parameters of excavation blasting are summarized when the shallow buried underground tunnel passes alongside the gas station. The concept of blasting vibration tolerance index for automobile gas stations is put forward, and the specific values are preliminarily studied. While ensuring the safe and smooth construction of Hai-pi section tunnel on Qingdao Metro Line 2 through No. 102 gas station, it also fills in the blank of domestic research on the impact of blasting vibration on gas stations.
