摘 要:介绍了耐高温膜材料在当今分离工业中的重要应用领域,归纳了有机、无机2大类耐高温膜材料的研究进展,总结了金属膜、陶瓷膜、聚酰胺膜、聚砜膜与聚芳醚酮膜等常用膜材料的优势与不足。分析表明无机膜材料虽然耐高温性能极好,但生产成本过高。相比之下,聚合物膜材料制备工艺简单,成本较低,同时通过接枝或共混刚性添加剂等改性方法可明显提升其膜孔在高温条件下的稳定性,因此认为耐高温聚合物膜材料在未来工业生产中的应用会更加广泛。The application fields of thermostable membranes in separation industry was introduced, the research progress of organic and inorganic thermostable membranes, and the advantages and disadvantages of common membrane materials such as metal membranes, ceramic membranes, polyamide membranes,polysulfone membranes and polyaryl ether ketone membranes were summarized. It showed that although the inorganic membrane materials have excellent high temperature resistance, the production cost is too high. In contrast, the polymer membrane material preparation process is simple, the cost is low,and its high temperature resistance performance can be significantly improved by grafting, blending and other modification methods in the research, so it is considered that the thermostable polymer membrane material will be more widely used in future industrial production.
